Firehouse Pizza is ready to heat up your appetite with classic and signature pizza.
I am not into pizza nor a burger person. I can take only a bite because of family gathering but I will not buy it. Actually, they are happy about it and watch out for it whenever I eat a pizza or burger. Definitely, once I cannot finish a slice of it, I will give it to them my share – the reason why they are really glad because this would add up to their cravings.
But not with Firehouse. I finished two (2) slices and quite full already.
For something that is hand made and fresh when I was seeing them doing it painstakingly, I was engaged to give it a try. They cooked their pizza in a brick open fire that is not common nowadays.
After it was baked, they put toppings that are into premium ingredients. One can choose also different cheese toppings on their classic pizza like burrata, chili bocconcini, parmesan, ricotta or scamorza.
Aside this is a rolling dough, it serves also salads. Highly recommended is the Burrata Salad. This is simply served with Garden Tomatoes and Mesculin leaves oozing with lot of freshness of Burrata cheese drizzled with Balsamic Olive Oil.
Wines and Cocktails are also available for serving which is best partnered with pizza. Tequila which is a refreshing hit of mint and lime and the classy salted rim Margarita. You can also request the bartender to adjust your drink.
If you like a 2-in-1 coffee con dessert, then try the Affogato. It is a two delicious essentials: espresso and gelato. Served by pouring the pipping hot espresso until the cold gelato is drowned.
This is a new venture at Crimson Hotel which combines the New York firehouse concept with the laid-back vibe of the southern Manila into one crazy pizza joint. It is a cozy, new hang-out place for all pizza lovers to look for.
