Definitely, as I head on to take a glimpse on what MOA Eats Food Festival is all about that would whet one’s appetite for great food discoveries like me.
The dishes prepared are unique and special. These different food servings will only be available for the duration of the foodfest and only at their dining outlets located at the Mall of Asia.
IHOP
International House of Pancakes (IHOP), an all-day American breakfast restaurant comes with unique dish called Chicken Waffle. To get those kick flavor which I like, it comes with Siracha Butter Pecan Sauce.
Sorry, I really insist on this one to be included because I am a breakfast person. Love pancakes and waffles eversince. This big serving of four sliced waffle is so crispy and well-browned on the outside. Still, all got the moisture, airy, light and fluffy inside. I got two of the slices actually as I also play around to taste the different pancake syrups.
These huge chicken servings were insanely delicious dipped in gooey buffalo sauce that emanates fantastic, crispy and delicious flavor.
Claw Daddy
Claw Daddy Ostheria Americana is a casual fine dining restaurant with a variety of all-American cuisine.
For the food festival, the said restaurant prepared a Bacon Spinach Fettuccini topped with Sautéed Shrimps. The sauce is simmered in cheesy flavor which make this irresistible pasta a personalized taste on its own.
There would be over 50 participating restaurants that will showcase dishes prepared exclusively for this month-long celebration of world-class cuisine.
The photos of the “Special Eats” will also be exhibited at the Main Mall Atrium, Main Mall Entrance.
Activities include are live cooking demonstrations to be conducted by the top chefs of four select restaurants that will be held at Tempura and Sbarro on September 5 and Claw Daddy, New Orleans and Vikings on September 12, 5:30 onwards.
To win also exciting prizes, one can participate in the Special Eats promo where amazing treats are up for grabs. A social media contest to be hosted on the Mall of Asia Twitter, Instagram and Facebook account will give two lucky foodies:
- Dine with culinary luminaries at an exclusive Chef’s Table meal
