Villa del Conte set of bars are sublime and chocolatey rich yet the lightest taste is smooth and velvety that can incorporate to different set of food.
With the start of Foods on the Spot 2015, I decided to put our home made simple creations either it’s for appetizer, main meal or desserts.
This is how our family bond together where all of us cook from breakfast til midnight snack. To cap it up, sometimes I combine it with healthy ingredients.
One time, when I was in the client’s office, I got this bag of chocolate bars from Villa del Conte with a note of anticipating my next creation. Maybe seeing it with my posts of sharing our simple recipe, then this would be chance for me to do it.
With a smile in my face, it made me recall my love for chocolate which also become my hobby last five (5) years ago doing chocolate lollipops and truffles. Soon emerge a small family business where we distributed it to stores and school as we name it Choco Heaven.
Well, when tech projects kept on pouring out at that time, have to stop it, still do some chocolate creations and gave them to my clients as a gift or a present for special occasions.
What will I do with these two bars? To tell you honestly, many in my mind to think of. LOL! But as I said, simplicity would always be my first hand priority.
First things first, to test the chocolate on how I can incorporate them, have chopped and melted it. Whow, as I was blown away as it taste is like Ferrero Rocher using my fingers to licked those melted chocolate.
One would know if one is using premium cacao to make it really taste this good. It has the equal taste of bitterness yet the velvety taste has the smooth, rich and creamy touch of what a chocolate really is.
Definitely, these chocolate bars are perfect with our everyday indulgence yet our family comfort food.
