Selection of Vyne’s fashionable food not only tastes great, but looks great too!
When an invite to Vyne came over, kinda hesitate to go because fed up of so much traffic in the metro. Place is in Bonifacio Global City, still, it would took me an hour or more before I reach the place. Anyway, its been a while since I had posted to my food blog and need a little break after so much reading on my online training – an air to breathe I suppose. Hubby also has a great raved about this resto when he covered also an event. When I asked him will be late going home, he told me it is just ok and its all worth for me to really check it.
The way I look Vyne’s food is fashionable for me. LOL! As in, this is in terms of style on how they present each food with a creative twist that made all meals appetizing to indulge from tapas, salad, soup, main dish and dessert.

This Pork Chasu Bun has a velvety taste because of its soft mantao surrounded with savory pork, nori strips, leeks and sesame mayo. Price is P 295.00.
One of the best recommended Tapas for me is the Thai Scallops. The bouncy sweetness yet the deep flavor of scallops, mango salad and crispy catfish with Sambal mayo makes it a comforting appetizer. Price is P 300.00.
The quantity of crustacean is very visible yet so fresh to munch with this Mini Crab Cakes that made this dish astonishing for me. Some would put less of it and lot of breading. Price is P 380.00.
If one is into spicy soup with a kick, the Prawn and Ravioli Laksa is a must-try. I love this comforting soup as I sipped a lot of it. Price is P 270.00.
Apple and Bleu Cheese Salad is a trendy fresh salad as this was my first time to see this innovative dish. The honey yogurt dressing drizzled with cranberry complimented the sour taste of the sliced apple. Price is P 285.00.
The use of Garden-fresh and crisp ingredients like lettuce, slaw made this East Asian Salad a refreshing taste complemented by the sesame dressing around. The addition of salmon floss, korean rice cake and kimchi made it more healthy in taste. Price is P 370.00.
Another must-try is the warm and hearty pasta, Ramen Carbonara where broth will be poured slowly to make those smoke pork and quail egg which is rich in taste and decadent. Price is 350.00.
Sorry but I am not a fun of burger. Still, when I have a little bite of Vyne Burger, the taste is very sinful. Their fresh well seasoned beef pattie was cooked in medium rare which I definitely prefer got those juicy flavor. The ingredients like sauteed mushroom, foie grass and bleu cheese added to its moistness and texture. The pillow buttery brioche bun absorb the glorious burger without getting soggy. Price is 550.00.
The Pan Seared Sole is a simple main course where sole fish is seasoned with little flavor. The stock poured in with saffron risotto is fully absorbed that made it creamy in taste. Price is P 420.00.
This well marinated tender cut U.S. Angus Rib Eye Steak is full of flavor and has a hint of sweetness. Each strip melts in my mouth and leave those exquisite flavor. Price is P 2,500.00.
The citrus and sweet Lemon Cheesecake which is pleasant in between capped our night. This decadent but very impressive dessert is very light enough to keep you smiling after the big meal. Price is P 360.00.
Food has transformed throughout the years and good to know that Vyne still made all their meal from the scratch making it fresh, home made yet exquisite in taste and style. Now you know why I called them fashionable food.
