Midea’s new twist of kitchen appliances make any homemaker’s life a lot easier without burning a hole in each pocket.
Have heard Midea with their famous “party refrigerator” where it can load up a small lechon and cake as space is maximize inside.
When I got an invite to witness other cooking appliances, I was not hesitant to come over to visit it even on that day of the launching was heavily raining.
There was a demo famous fridge which I personally saw and keep on opening and closing it. Quite small yet it maximized it really. Now, I got an idea what would be my next fridge for the coming year.

But Who Is Midea?
Established in 1968, Midea has consistently strived to make the lives of its consumers easier with their line of innovative products. On 2014, Midea Global partnered with Concepcion Industrial Corporation to bring the brand closer to Filipinos.
To demonstrate how to use it, Chef Rob Pengson was invited to cook variety of dishes, as in a lot!

It was already late at night but Chef Rob promised to do it in less than an hour.
From the food he prepared here, I did not include pictures like the Chocolate Cake, Ginataan, Seafood Paella, Miso Soup.
Below are the rest.
All nine dishes were cooked in one night.
Shrimp Tom Yang, Beef Salpicao and Pad Thai were cooked in Induction Cooker. Have an experienced lately of personally using it in a residence hotel we stayed. It has a timer and heat control that can also cook food fast.
I was contemplating to buy for home use because there were times that once we run out of gas, this would be an alternative choice. Hopefully I can grab one since Midea is offering a free pan for every Induction Cooker purchase.

This Chow Fan Rice is prepared using Digital Multi-Cooker and fried with the Induction Cooker.
With the use of Digital Multi-Cooker, variety of use like cooking congee and stews, steam seafood, rice cakes and vegetables, make soup and even boil eggs.

Another one which was one of my favorites is the Tuna and Egg Salad Sandwich prepared in Midea’s Microwave Oven.
Picture alone tells it retains the nutrients and what more, there is a short cooking time to prepare it.
Overall, all food were cooked blissfully by Chef Rob professionally with a function of energy efficiency, solid performance and compact designs that would make these essential additions in any start-up household or an existing for an upgrade like us.
they showed how to prepare healthy and sumptuous dishes in a just a jiffy using Midea’s microwave oven, induction cooker, multi-cooker/pressure cooker and electric kettle.
I have already requested a recipe and hopefully like other menu that I tested, I can share it here.
