For the main dish like Chicken Cordon Bleu that is so pleasing, preparing is just easy-peasy.
When I first encountered Chicken Cordon Bleu with my sister-in-law who owns a catering business and served this with her guests, I thought to myself that the dish is sophisticated yet not easy to cook.
Until I found out that doing this dish is very easy, that is piling together the thin chicken breast, ham, cheese, after that roll it, then soak it in breading and fry.
This dish becomes an instant hit to the family and becomes one of our regulars in serving our meal.
Good to know that when I attended the cooking lesson with Samsung at Gala Stars Culinary headed by Chef Ernest, have found additional techniques.
After breading, one has to put it first into freezer before frying. This gave me also an idea that I can prepare it in advance if ever I intended to cook it for tomorrow’s dish.
