Every time I go out, a book would always be included in my bag.  This would take my time to read in a metro travel, while waiting in a meeting, going in the resto for the reason that it relaxes the me-time whenver I’m in solo.

Since coffee shops are already soo common, putting up Book and Borders Cafe makes an identity the joyous of reading while getting their favorite food.

We were fortunate to be invited on its grand opening at Mckinley Hill, Bonifacio Global City where part of it was to tour the place and be delighted on the gastronomic food taste.

Maybe I preferred serving my pasta in al dente style, still firm when bitten.

For sandwich, Tuna for him and Shrimp for me.  Crunchy bread, crisp lettuce and the freshness of the mains like Tuna and Shrimp making myself a sandwich fan.

For drinks, I go for Ginger Tumeric Ice Tea which is refreshing.

Still some recommendations that worth a try –  Queso de Bola Cake for dessert, pasta like Truffle Mushroom Pasta and Tuyo Pasta, and sandwiches like the Beef Pastrami Panini as well as hearty rice dishes.

Aside from the brewed coffee and cold coffee-concoctions, a sample of their refreshing smoothies, calming teas and juices are also a must.

I would definitely go back for the brewed coffee / desserts, spending longer time just to read and chill out – a quiet time to relinquish a favorite pastime.
