I have my yearly check-up and the medical problem that came in was high cholesterol level.
Since I was busy then with lot of projects and indulge myself with eating anything like taking food in fast food, sodas and chips in my working table and doing food taste every now and then, little that I prioritize that I have to look and be conscious with my health.
I was recommended to take some medicine intake and have to go back after two months for another batch of check-up
I really have to take a move and shed some pounds. As in now na! LOL!
I have heard about Juice Fasting. It is a way to maximize nutrition and minimize calories by taking plants as the medicine – that is juicing up with veggies and fruits.
With this method, this would “reboot” our bodies and medical issues like mine can be under control.
I have already done my research about “Juice Theraphy”. Actually, I am excited to try all those juice recipes Ihave seen. I really love juices.
My predicament – preparation and time constraint.
I have accepted a long-term project in the metro and taking time to do this would suffice the purpose of preparing like buying, chopping and mixing.
Good thing, I have the opportunity to try Pulped Juicing Company in one of the spa opening I attended.

Since this is my first time, I have asked also a daily program routine on how will I intake the following bottles that I got as shown below.
Always rehydrate with lot of water to drink as all the juices were fully concentrated. I suggest 2 – 3 liters of water.
This is what I did. For breakfast and snack, I intake all the fruity flavors like Pink Energizer, Pina Limonada and alike. For lunch and dinner, I go with the green drinks.
One can really taste the real greens from Spinach, Cabbage, Lettuce and those Wheatgrass. Actually, I would rather intake this one instead of the medicine that was prescribed to me which it tasted more awful and leave those bitterness in my innermost tongue.

Even I got to try it for one day, these were some of the benefits I have seen the other morning when I woke up:
- I got cough and colds when I took the detox, now gone without taking any medicines.
- I have craving for caffeine early morning to boost up my energy, surprisingly, I did not crave to have one.
- Everytime I woke up, quite dizzy and restless but now, I was too light and energetic.
Overall, juices are tasty and served as a terrific drink. It can be a great alternative to frappe with more or less the price and healthy at the same time.

I have to leave those comfort zone by taking the path of good health and weight loss. As of now, this really matters.
