Eat Right and Lite at Figaro

My son is a very picky eater until now. But definitely, he loves to eat. Like me, he is always on a look-out on new food and restos around. Even he landed as a young professional, part of fighting his stress is to search for restos that would satisfied his gusto.

So what I did is to let him try the new Lenten offering of Figaro – the Ratatouille Pizza and Shrimp Sundried Pesto.   He loves pizza and pasta but he hates veggies and seafood. So good luck!

The verdict?

After he got those food escapade, he invited us to try it again last Sunday. He was proud to say to his sisters he ate veggies and seafood which surprised them.

That only means he enjoyed the experience.

He told us that he really eat veggies and seafood.  It is just that sometimes, when he saw veggies in a meal, he find it s overcook while seafood was not that fresh enough because of awful smell.

With Figaro, he likes how the food neatly presented. Even the vegan pizza was a bit spicy, the cheesy flavor complimented the whole taste.

For the pasta, this is new for him too with the sun-dried tomatoes put in the ingredients. He cooks pesto at home putting chicken breast instead.   With the sauce out of basil and sun-dried tomatoes made the taste a with those tangy twist which for him was extra-ordinary.

He told us that both food  has lesser calories and splurging in one eating is healthy anyway munching with those veggies around.

To cupped off all the food eaten, that gooey-licious Chocolate Quake Cookies is also a must try. Made with light and crispy texture yet tasty and nourishing dessert.

We also ordered additional cupcakes.  I don’t know how my kiddos can pour over those food intake.

Hopefully, these two food offer were not only good for Lenten Season. Nowadays, eating healthy is already a lifestyle and that includes these two meals.

Well, anyway,  the family got those happy yet big appetite experience.
